Portuguese Supper Club

Dear Guests,

We had to make the hard decision to discontinue Bom Garfo. We’d like to thank our guests for their enjoyment of the food and their loyalty.

Best wishes,

Diana

Bom Garfo literally means “Good Fork” in Portuguese but is slang for foodie or someone who really likes to eat! We were a Portuguese cuisine supper club held once a month in Stockwell (Victoria line – Zone 2).

We had decided to start the club for several reasons:

  1. I love to cook and my husband loves to eat, plus he is a fabulous host.
  2. We love Portuguese food.
  3. Portuguese food, despite being delicious, is an overwhelmingly underrepresented cuisine, and we would like to change that.

All dinners were five courses!

Please note that like most supper clubs, it is bring your own booze. Suppers will cost £30 to £40 depending on the food and the number of courses for the given evening.
